I can only guess that the flowers were OK and that chocolates are good as this is a gift and one never really knows how good the quality is and you can't really ask the receiver as it is suppose to be a gift and surprise...so I simply have to assume that the company is going a proper delivery and giving a nice product...
The delivery wasn't successful, they arrived during my daughter's lunch hour at work and building was locked up.not their fault. But the florist only had one delivery person and one at shop so I ended up having to take off work and pick them up at the flower shop before 5. It ruined the surprise for my daughter that I haven't seen in 7 years, I wish there had been a larger staff to go back and deliver but the product was beyond beautiful and looked like it was a well thought out arrangement.
Although I only ordered the arrangement for someone else, I am hoping they were delivered as pictured and with quality

I am very seldom critical on a vendor for quality reasons, let alone delivery reasons. However I am extremely disappointed in the service and delivery or the product. Had I know that the flowers would not be delivered on the date that was actually issued in my order I would have cancelled it, and gone to a local store myself. I did a Google search for same day delivery of these flowers and that didn't happen.
That is what I was promised and the timing was the most important part of the whole purchase.
The flowers themselves were very nice, but a little smaller than I expected in the arrangement.
Please advise on how to rectify this issue?
