Customer service called recipient of floral arrangement. They were asked a series of questions then told she would get the same arrangement the next day because the number of flowers required was met.
I ordered flowers for next day delivery. They did not arrive. I called in the evening and they said the flowers will be delivered the following day. They were not delivered the following day as well.

The "handling" is a bit excessive. $15? Seems like a great deal until you hit the checkout button and then the fees hit.
The whole process was smooth and when I called to check on the delivery time, they were friendly and very helpful with providing the information I requested.
The only complaint was trying to edit an item in my cart (like change the size) and no way to sort search results. Overall easy to use and user friendly.
Shipping/handling charges popped out at the last minute during the checkout process. That was a surprise.
