I liked everything except getting "hit" with an extra $15 handling charge? It was not mentioned until the final bill. I specifically ordered same day delivery. I was notified at approximately 5:30pm that they would be unable to fulfill my request. At that point it was too late to place another order. The product was delivered the next day at approximately 6:30pm, after the mail room had closed. The recipient was away on the following day therefore didn't receive her product until Sunday. 3 days late. Because your company couldn't hold up the agreed upon delivery date when I placed my order.

This is my second time to order flowers. The ordering is simple and the choices are good. The flowers I got before were beautiful. You DO need to have more than 175 characters on the card though... The plant that was delivered exceeded my expectations! It is lush, green, healthy, and just beautiful! I could NOT be more PLEASED! It was a very special "thank you" to my daughter for all that she did to make her brother's memorial service so beautiful... The card was "from him" and was so special... Thank you From You Flowers...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
