I placed my order early on a Monday morning to be delivered same day. I received an email that the local florist couldn't get them delivered that day. So I was told the delivery charge would be dropped and my order upgraded but that hasn't happened yet. Also I received a voicemail with a message I couldn't understand due to strong accent. When I was finally able to speak with someone I was told they couldn't reach the recipient by phone. Somewhere along the way one of the digits of the phone number got transposed. I don't know if I did that or if it was on your end. I was thankful that there would be an adjustment made due to the issues. My daughter sent me a photo of the arrangement. It is beautiful and appears fresh so the local florist did a good job but there was nothing to show an upgrade. I thought an upgrade meant a larger arrangement, but the arrangement was small. On the positive side my emails were responded to in a prompt manner.
Ordered and delivered promptly and professionally!
The flowers received did not look like the picture. There were only 8 total flowers, only 1 which was a Stargazer Lily. No other lilies. 3 roses and 4 carnations. It wasn't worth the price and didn't look anything like the picture I selected. I was disappointed that they were sent in that condition to someone as a gift.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
