I would have preferred to see the $15 processing fee added before time to submit my order and the arrangement didn't meet my expectations.
The flowers are beautiful. Ordering was quick and easy.
The website kept changing the price. I had a discount and it would show up until the final screen when you are about to pay and than it would show full price. Plus it too over to hours for the website and for me to get a confirmation that they were delivered even after I called to check on it.
We will see how it goes, would like a picture of arrangement upon delivery- florists should consider offering that with today's technology it would not be difficult to email a pic.

But I'm really surprised that you would ask about the satisfaction of the product received because as in the case of most flowers ordered, the delivery was made to a third person and not myself so I have not seen the bouquet so can only assume it was as lovely as it was pictured on your site and that the recipients were happy

The flowers were pretty, but too much green foliage used instead of light colored flowers as shown in the order. They just looked so different than I expected. But delivery was great.

I am very unhappy with the delivery. The flowers were left out in the sun on the sidewalk by the front door in Florida with temperatures in the 90's and no water in the vase. The greenery was limp and the arrangement looked like it had been stuffed in the vase. The florist had the phone number for the recipient and if some one did not answer they should not have left the flowers. This was for my friends birthday and I am beyond disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
