The flowers were half way wilted and I don't think sending them ups with no water helps at all! For two dozen roses and vase I expected what the picture looked like or close to it! I order all the time an from the florets they are great!

The order was not what I expected. The package was decorated it bright pink and that's not what was shown in the product I selected. This was a birthday gift for my father so I am very disappointed with my order especially with the price of the gift.

Simple to use the website
The website is very easy to follow and fill out the odering form, but when I went to review the order I saw thata shipping/delivery/handling of charge of 14.99 was added at the end which surprised me and I almost did not order from you. Please let people know that charge is added in before ordering, but then I recieved a message in my e-mail that the charge was taken off so I ordered. If I see the charge added in again, I will not be ordering again from your business.
These were for my mother who lives far from me so have no idea about quality. Thank you.

I'm ordering from overseas, and was a little surprised that all of the taxes and handling fees weren't included in the list price. Is that common for the US?
Don't know how the flowers were. I didn't see the bouquet. This questionnaire doesn't work in the case of sending product to someone else...
The delivery was ordered as same day. I paid extra to get that. At 8pm when I had not received an email confirmation, I called customer service. They said they did not have anyone to deliver the gift same day. I was never told. As soon as you/the company knew that, I should have been immediately told that! This was a birthday gift. I only found out because I called. That is terrible. I then gave a late gift. The CS person said they did not charge me the extra delivery fee. So what! The point of using your service was to get the gift to them on the same day. I was then promised the delivery would then be first thing in the morning. Lied again! It was not delivered until afternoon. Again, I had to call and the CS agent called the florist to check on it. I was promised a discount that better hurry up and show on my credit card. Otherwise, I will call VISA and cancel the entire charge as fraud. I do not recommend using your company and the coupon you sent will never be used.

I was very happy with the delivery time frame. However, the actual product vs what I paid was disappointing. I feel the as advertised item was not what I got and not worth the money. I won't use this service again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
