I sent a Bouquet of flowers to a friend for next day delivery and she loved them. I will be back to make more Orders with this company. Very satisfied with service.
Was disappointed that I paid extra for same day service and then the order wasn't delivered until the next day, but I did receive an email that this was happening and that they would refund the extra cost. It's all good. Everything arrived and was great.

I bought some flowers for my sister while she was in the hospital. It's an awesome service to use if you're states away from the reciever! It was much easier to see pictures than explaining what you want over the phone. And she got them right on time and loved them!
The charge of $14.99 for standard delivery is unannounced until final checkout and is excessive for that service.
It turned out that delivery was one day late.

Chocolates were melted. Package arrived at 5pm (was waiting all day as it was an anniversary gift). 2 of the 12 roses were broken- stems completely separated from flowers. Next time will eat the cost of local flower shop in order to prevent this. Won't be doing business again, won't recommend to anyone but my enemy!
