I did the flower upgrade and there were still only 3 flowers. I thought there were to be more than three with the upgrade I paid for.
But I was happy other than that with the speed and product.

I loved the site & ease of ordering. However, I was totally unsatisfied when I saw the flowers. The picture of the flowers I sent had 6 roses & was a lot bigger than what she received. The flowers we got, there were only 3 roses & it was very small. The picture on the website was very misleading to me.
The flowers we ordered were for an employee's last day with us. They arrived at 4:15PM and the vase and flower arrangement were very small. The arrangement definitely was not how it looked on the website photo. Many of the flowers were still closed (buds). It was a $20 bouquet at best. We paid almost $60 for the order, and don't feel we received what we paid for. In the future, we most likely will not order from your company. We just wanted you to be aware that the picture on the web was terribly misleading. I understand that normal delivery is between 9 -5, but we ordered a week in advance and 4:15pm is pretty much the end of the day. We are very dissatisfied all around.

As I have no way of knowing for sure what the flowers looked like, all I can comment on is the ease of ordering, the competitive price and the on time delivery. I was told the flowers were lovely.

The carrier left the box sitting on the front steps in the blazing sun and the roses are all wilted now.
The plant basket I bought on 8/1/17 was a bit of a disappointment. It looked nothing like the picture on the website. The basket was atrocious and the plant selections left something to be desired. So disappointing.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
