Flowers were received the same day so service was excellent. But as for the flowers that arrived, they were pretty, but rather...common. I was so disappointed that large yellow spider mums were substituted for the sunflowers I was expecting! The mums appeared out-of-place in a "deluxe European Floral Garden. " I do understand florists can run out of certain flowers, but perhaps this is one of the pitfalls of requesting a same-day delivery?

Everything was great except the day they were supposed to be delivered! I put in for same day delivery but did not receive till the next day. But They did reimburse me the delivery charge!
I was surprised to find a delivery charge after I had entered my credit card information. The delivery charge should be stated up front.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
