I didn't actually get to see the floral arrangement, but the recipient said they were very pretty. However, I was a bit disappointed that the arrangement did not arrive in a Mason Jar, but in a square, glass vase. One of the main reasons I ordered this was because it was in a Mason Jar.
I sent these flowers to my sister in law for her birthday. She sent me a picture when she received them. I was disappointed because (1) i had to order the vase separately from the flowers; and (2) the flowers do not appear to have any foliage - they are just the bare roses.
Maybe i did not understand your product - sorry if that is the case. But i do not feel that i received what i thought i was ordering.

Ordered guaranteed same delivery for birthday flowers, they received the order and I received an e-mail stating ordered was placed. At 3:30 I received another e-mail stating that they would not be able their guaranteed delivery and they would ship tomorrow, to late to contact a real florist like I should have in the first place. Guess what? Today is her birthday, not tomorrow. Never again will I use From you flowers. Horrible overall experience! I only hope they follow through with my refund..

I called at 8 AM to order a set of flowers with the same day delivery and expedited option for my gf's birthday. My gf leaves work at 3 PM. I called at 2:30 PM and the flowers were not even sent out the door yet. False advertisement on how fast they are and there is no guarantee. Ended up cancelling my order, super disappointed and this place is unreliable.

I ordered flowers for my best friends birthday and spent $90 not including shipping. They didn't not look anything like the picture, did not contain the same flowers and paid for the premium larger version. They looked like $15 worth of flowers. Embarrassing to say the least. When i called about it, the customer service rep proceeded to negotiate how much refund they'd give, started at 20% when i said no,he said how about 30%... I asked for a complete refund because I refuse to do business with company that will take a customer's $100 and send a gift that looks $15 flowers. I will never order from here again.
