I am pretty disappointed... I understand products change in season and availability, but I expect to receive a like for like product. The card was messed up and it appeared it was from my brother in law and not me... instead of a bronze vase, it was a mason jar ( not a like for like) as well as I ordered a deluxe bouquet and wouldn't call what my sister received deluxe at all. I liked the prompt service... Highly disappoint customer though... the pictures are not very similar at all to what I ordered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
