The flowers and arrangement were beautiful, but I ordered it first thing in the morning and the charges for delivery and handling were almost as much as the arrangement and it wasn't delivered until around 4:30 that afternoon. They were supposed to be something to brighten my friend's day, but didn't get there until she was about to go home...

My mom loved the hand delivered flowers she received a few months ago. I decided to take advantage nof the free delivery today.
The customer service is terrible...The information that is provided by the person named Jane, was very wrong and she was very rude with her foreign accent.was she even in the United States? A very rehearsed reading was given to me by her and she struggled with many simple words...Hire Americans, we speak English!

I received a photo of the succulents sent as a personal sweet thought for a grieving family, especally for the wife after family left. The planter was lovely. The bow was put on the side or corner of the nice plant and really looked like an afterthought. I hope the recipient was able to see beyond how it looked when my daughter sent me a photo of it. It was nice but a bit more attention could have been given to it's appearance. It was rather embarrassing as I thought it would be better presented. Thank you for delivering it in a timely way.

I ordered a Premium for $49.99. The flowers were a a Regular or a a small Deluxe. I am not happy at all with the size. I usually order Regular, but this was for my Mom's Birthday. I wanted something grand. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, but the size was Definitely NOT worth the upgrade. I will be asking for a refund to reflect the size.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
