I ordered a dozen long stemmed red roses to be delivered to my niece in Colorado for her 16th birthday from her grandparents and her aunts. Her mother and both grandparents died earlier this year and I wanted to keep our family tradition alive for her (12 long stemmed red roses on Sweet 16). I placed the order a week before her birthday. The flowers were promised to be delivered during the day ("before 5 p.m."). They arrived after 6, when her guardian family was taking her out to eat. So very disappointed that she didn't get to enjoy the flowers very long on her Sweet 16. Really painful time for our family, and this was disappointing.

Pretty flowers. Looked just like picture but balloon sent was wrong one. I ordered one that said "Thinking of You, and they wrongfully sent a Happy Birthday balloon, which totally confused my daughter the recipient and took away some of the joy of the moment. I told her to pop the balloon and throw it away since they sent the wrong one.

I thought that I was ordering the flowers & a birthday balloon for my daughters birthday, to be delivered to her place of work. The price was $57.97 nearly $60.00, but not to bad for flowers... what she received was 3 mylar & 3 latex balloons- with ribbons, that I paid $57.97 dollars for... Could have gotten the very same thing at the Dollar store for under $10.00, & I bet someone would have delivered it for me for the $14.99 charge +$2.99 for the same day delivery. When She sent pictures of the balloons without flowers & I called in to the store-I was told that I'd not ordered the one with flowers-only the balloons for $57.97. So NO I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. But they were delivered very quickly-must've been easy to just air up 6 balloons for $57.97..
Keep the discounts coming. (I usually order when my discount is over $12) That's why I keep coming back. Otherwise it's too expensive for me and I don't do it.
