I thought that I was ordering the flowers & a birthday balloon for my daughters birthday, to be delivered to her place of work. The price was $57.97 nearly $60.00, but not to bad for flowers... what she received was 3 mylar & 3 latex balloons- with ribbons, that I paid $57.97 dollars for... Could have gotten the very same thing at the Dollar store for under $10.00, & I bet someone would have delivered it for me for the $14.99 charge +$2.99 for the same day delivery. When She sent pictures of the balloons without flowers & I called in to the store-I was told that I'd not ordered the one with flowers-only the balloons for $57.97. So NO I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. But they were delivered very quickly-must've been easy to just air up 6 balloons for $57.97..

Not pleased at all spent $14.99 twice for two separate orders going to the same house, to then have the chocolate come in melted and one of the vases broken. Don't waste your money on making the vase personal as all they do is put a piece of paper in the damn vase...I was expecting a sticker on the outside of the vase but shame on me for thinking that I guess.

It was hard to go back and change my order and the pricing is was caused me to change. Had I seen the pricing at the beginning with shipping and all the tax it would have been easier to make a decision quickly

I paid for the upgraded, larger size of bouquet but was very disappointed that my gift was delivered in a smaller size than I expected. The bouquet resembled the small size that was represented in the picture on line with far fewer blooms than depicted on line. Very disappointing.
