Embarrassed completely, horrible arrangement!
I upgraded to the highest package you offered and I received a crappy arrangement that I could have received for $29 anywhere else. I paid $130 for 6 roses and a bunch of filler. I also upgrade to the large chocolate box and received a bag of candy from Walgreens that cost about $4.99 no box. I would fire that florist if they worked for me. Complete waste of money and I was completely embarrassed when I saw what arrived. It looked like I bought the cheapest option available online. The florist should understand these are gifts and for $130 the arrangement should look fairly nice. I will never use your company every again.

I already wrote a glowing e-mail to you about how supremely satisfied I was with the quality of your product, price and delivery, but I am delighted to say more. I couldn't be more happy. I've used other mail order flower delivery services, but the quality, price and meeting of expectations with same day service with your site were EXCEPTIONAL! I am so pleased, I am without proper words! I gave you five stars, but if I could give you ten, I would!

These were a Birthday present for my mom and she loved them. Said they were beautiful and smelled so good.
The original price was good. Then they add money for balloon, etc., etc... I wanted to spend a small amount, because i could only afford a small amount. It still ended up being around $50.00.
Lots of choices and was able to find the perfect items for each person. Easy to navigate purchase ordering requirements.
My only disappointment was that I placed an order 2 days before delivery date for 2 arrangements to be delivered to the same address on the same day but they were not delivered at the same time. The second arrangement was delivered to the business address just minutes before closing time. I had spoken with a service agent and she was very courteous and helpful, assuring me that if delivery had to be delayed until the next day, the flowers would nonetheless still be fresh.
Good experience again. This time I messed up and entered the wrong address, a quick email to customer service resolved it within hours! I appreciate the above and beyond customer service. I'll be shopping again soon. Thanks!
