My final price was high for such a small order... Deluxe arrangement: $39.99. Final price with same day delivery was over $62. $22.00 in fees/taxes etc... High. I requested same day delivery & wasn't told until after I checked out, & after initial email confirmation, that it wasn't going to be delivered same day & I am still waiting to see if that fee will be reimbursed as I was told. If it cannot be delivered same day - I should have been told so BEFORE I paid.
I think service/handling is a bit high considering you add another fee if you want same day delivery. Other than that everything else was great.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
