Ordering online was easy, I tried using a coupon code but it didn't work even though it stated that the code was accepted however, that couldn't be so because the price never changed. The tracking stated my order was out for delivery at 8:30 am, but it wasn't received until 7:30 in the evening. BUT the quality of the product proved to be great because the recipient was thoroughly pleased.

Gift for my mother, she lived the yellow roses.
Ordered the Standing Cross Arrangement for my grandmother's funeral. Even upgraded to "Deluxe", total price was about $95. Upon my arrival to the wake I noticed the arrangement and was hoping it wasn't the one I purchased. It looked very small and "cheap", NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISED PICTURE. I felt embarrassed and was mad at myself for not reading reviews about this company. My grandmother DESERVED nothing but the best. I will NEVER use this company again and will inform others.
I was initially disappointed in that the item I selected was not available for delivery to the desired location. Nevertheless I selected another item at a higher price and added next day delivery(for 8-23-2017)with an extra $5 charge as speed was of the essence. The order was placed in the early afternoon approximately 1:30 pm. Later that evening I was notified that my order was not delivered on time--funny it wasn't supposed to be delivered until the next day yet they already knew that it wasn't delivered. I called to explain my frustration the next morning and received conflicting info. Was told it would be delivered until I stated that I was notified it wouldn't be delivered. They had told me in the message that they were sorry and would furnish me a $10 gift certificate on my next order and would call the recipient to explain that it was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd rather than the next day. They failed to offer a refund of the extra $5 charge until I asked why they had not. I only wish that they could call my friend and tell him that his gift was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd of August--they can not as he passed away on the 24th.
I only gave them a one rating as zero was not an option.
