Everything is horrible. From the delivery to the pricing to the actual product. I paid for "same day delivery " and didn't receive it until the following day and once it was received the actual flowers were a joke. It looked nothing alike to what I purchased on the website. The picture on the website made the price worth it but after receiving it I can honestly say that it's a scam. I will never buy anything frokm here again or recommend it to anyone. I regret it badly. I would loibe to get a refund.

The flowers arrived as ordered, however the actual total price for the flowers was not shown until after I entered a credit card number. A service fee was charged in addition to a delivery fee that was a surprise and increased the amount of my order. I feel that this should have been included in the total that I was shown before I gave my credit card number so that I could have decided if I wanted to purchase the flowers at that price, including ALL fees.
I placed this order expecting the advertised free delivery for life.
Ended up paying delivery and had a difficult time trying to place another order with free delivery so I
Didn't place that second order.
Hopefully, the next time I go to order my delivery will be free.
