I love using this website since it will come from a local florist. However it is hard for me to rate your service since it is going somewhere else! I do believe it was delivered when no one was home. I didn't know the recipient was out of town. So the flowers and chocolates sat outside for a day. However the recipient said they were perfect.

I had an order placed on August 9th for my sisters 90th birthday. They were delivered on time and were very beautiful she said. The big problem is they only lasted three days before they began to wilt. They had been kept watered very well but the stems were so short that they hardly reached the water without running the vase over. This is the only time I`ve had any issues with your service. Otherwise I`ve always been satisfied. Maybe it was the venue you used this time?!?! She said when you use a shop named Michelle`s Florists they have always been beautiful and lasted sometimes up to a month.
Sending the order from the UK this was a quick and efficient service. Yes, My son emailed me saying the birthday balloons arrived in time for his son's 1st birthday party. He is very pleased with them.
