I sent the birthday balloons to my son who just started college and turned 18 the 1st week. It was very difficult to be away from him on his birthday. But when he called to say that the balloons "made his day", I was soooo happy for him and the pangs of missing him quieted just for a moment.
Nice website, I thougth I would give a try. I buy flowers several times per year mostly for my wife and mom, and I am a very easy shopper to keep happy. Just do what you say. I paid extra for premium arrangement and to be perfectly honest the quality of the flowers was just super subpar. I spent $60 and would have been much better off to buy grocery store flowers. I will not use again and will stick to the other more familiar brands that deliver what they promise.

This is a very dependable site for flower shopping. They didn't get the order on time, but made up for it in a wonderful upgrade. I would defiantly shop here again
Easy to use but I didn't know there was a delivery charge. Many other sites offer free delivery. I just sent with it this time because I had already spent lots of time looking. Next time I will look for free delivery.

I liked this website because their prices were very reasonable compared to the other websites that I browsed. I paid extra for balloons to be added to my delivery and I liked that there was more than one balloon.
The shipping/delivery is a little high but when they are delivered on time & the person receiving is happy & they are fresh I'll give a better feedback

My daughter sent me a picture of what was delivered. And it wasn't at all what I ordered. So I'm not satisfied at all. This was for her birthday
I paid for premium but the flowers that were delivered, beautiful as they were, there was nothing premium about the size. When my mom sent me a picture of what she had received I was very disappointed in the amount of flowers or lack thereof. I feel like I was duped into the premium.
I ordered flowers for my sisters memorial two weeks ahead and spoke to 3 different people and was talked out of the white spray of flowers I originally wanted because I would have to keep them moist and assemble it to the easel myself because they didn't deliver on Sunday and they didn't advise it. So I ordered 2 tall white sympathy baskets to go under 2 easels that had pictures and I had them delivered on Saturday because the service was on Sunday and they didn't deliver on Sunday, they were delivered to my daughters Home and she called me and showed me a picture of the flowers. I was so upset. The flowers were not white and they were not tall. They were in a small basket. And I paid a lot for them. I was so disappointed and called immediately and was on the phone for over an hour, it's Saturday after 3:00 and there are no florists open. They would not make it right and I had to figure something else out at the last minute. Things were stressful enough without having to deal with this. They left me high and dry. I will never use this company again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
