Total waste of time

On Sunday, I ordered flowers for my cousin's calling hours, which was 5 pm the next day. I paid an extra "same day/weekend" fee and selected an arrangement that could be produced next day. On Monday at 4 pm, I received an email and voicemail stating that they were unable to find a local florist to fulfill my order in time. WTF! Their customer service was HORRIBLE - the first guy hung up on me while he was "checking" my order. The second guy was just plain rude when I called back and explained my order would not make it to the funeral home on time. He just said "uh huh." What a JERK!
I got disconnected AGAIN while jerk-boy was "checking" my order. Then while I was on hold waiting for my third customer service rep to answer, jerk-boy called me back so I clicked over to answer and he pretended like he didn't realize he called me. I specifically asked if the call was regarding my order and he said nothing but continued to remain on the line breathing weird and clicking on his keyboard while the 50 other reps carried on loud conversations near him. I yelled "hello" half a dozen times with no answer before I hung up and called back YET AGAIN. This time I got a rep who canceled my order and processed a refund, but I refused to be put on hold (I swear their hold functions like a black hole). Don't waste your time with this company. Too many bad reviews out there. I wasn't thinking clearly else I would have checked their service record.
