The bouquet was not nearly as pretty as pictured. And all the add on prices was a bit disappointing.
I sent the flowers to my daughter in law and she was happy with them. I did not see them personally.

Extravagant handling charges should be made aware of before ordering. Quite a shock to think order will be one price only to find that it is quite a bit more. Sending to someone out of state from where I live. Hoping this is not a mistake and flowers will be worth cost.
The delivered product is appalling. Nothing like the photo. It was supposed to be a medium sized bouquet. It is maybe 6 roses and some greenery. I am totally disappointed and will not feel the need to use this company again. Thank you for getting them out right away, they were appreciated by the recipient, but then she hadn't seen the photo or the price. Doesn't realize how badly I was duped. The ribbon is larger than the bouquet.

I do think the service handling charge is way too high. Because of it, I think twice before I send flowers to anyone. Tax I get, I had coupon for free shipping which is a joke because it is immediately wiped out by the service handling charge. This last order disappointed me as I had ordered something for a specific reason. The florist substituted a container that was nothing like what I had ordered (wanted the yellow smiley cup) and that was too bad. However, I did notify them and heard back almost immediately--their customer service is superb, always. They gave me a small amount back as a gesture of good will which was appreciated, but for what I paid, I wanted the cup, not a basket.
Just thought $14 processing fee was a little steep. Overall satisfied.
They accommodated the delivery time which worked out very well and the gift was delivered in time for the recipient to be pleasantly surprised.
I really enjoyed the overall process :)
