I wish I would have known how much delivery would be upfront. I paid for same day delivery - but it got to her dorm so late the mailroom was closed by the time she got to it :( When she did pick them up the next day, the flowers were beautiful.

I was very pleased with the arrival of the order. I was very pleased with the pictures vase, but the Flowers inside were horrible, a complete mess! This was for my daughter's birthday, and she lives away. I wanted this to be special. The overall experience was not what I expected. I would attach a picture if possible to show what a mess they were. I will have to think about ordering again...

Great experience. The Chocolates were more like a grab bag from a mini fridge at a hotel but still not terrible.
A bit pricey but a great selection & same day delivery are nice to have avail. Always go with deluxe which are more true to the pictures you provide but also more expensive than prices shown. Have used your services before & would definitely use again.

I appreciate that they removed the $14.99, that was a bit excessive. I was very satisfied.
Please include the service/handling prior to purchase. The price jumped from what I was expecting to pay to what I am actually paying. This seems like something that was done on purpose but it wouldve been more appreciated if it was included when the total was first given.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
