Please include the service/handling prior to purchase. The price jumped from what I was expecting to pay to what I am actually paying. This seems like something that was done on purpose but it wouldve been more appreciated if it was included when the total was first given.

Proflowers is my go to flower shop when ever I need something quick and meaningful. The ordering process was easy. But the last few times, the delivery process has been lacking. Once I didn't receive my plant for 2 weeks. This last time it was delivery on the date but it was very late after 6pm.
Flowers were beautiful and delivery was as requested. Perfect Chocolates in a $$$$ box was adorable. Would be nice to choose type of box for chocolates for different occasions. $$$$ box was perfect for my occasion & delicious. Thank you. Would definitely order again

The flowers that were received were more like a standard arrangement than a deluxe. There weren't as many blue flowers in the arrangement as pictured and considering that the name of the flowers started with Blue...I expected there to be at least 2 or 3 bunches of blue flowers instead it appears that there was only one. Plus, some of the flowers were wilted. I was embarrassed. Probably won't order flowers from this company again.
I emailed to have the delivery date changed and it was done without a hassle. Amazing work. Flowers were beautiful and it didn't come in a box like some other places. Will order again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
