I ordered flowers on 8-28 to be delivered to my mother for her birthday on 8-29. I thought the fees were a little high but was totally willing to pay them. Mid-morning on 8-29, I received a phone call asking me to verify the address and telling me I had put in an incorrect zip code...I hadn't but whatever. I verified all of the information again and they said they would call her if they got lost trying to deliver...I said that was fine. At 8pm (delivery zone time) I received another phone call saying they were not going to be able to deliver the flowers the next day and they would be refunding me my money. First of all, they were to be delivered on the 29th...not the 30th...and secondly why would you go to the trouble of taking an order, with the delivery address and then not fulfill the order? I understand that my mother lives in a rural area, but other sites can tell if the address on the order is outside of their delivery area...why can't this one? If you want to take orders online...then you better have the capability to do so. I have ordered lots of things and had them sent to my mom, including flowers so I know it is possible...just not for this company. So no flowers were delivered to my mother and there was no time left to do anything else. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered these flowers for my Mom's 91st birthday. They did not arrive until 4:30pm. Her birthday was almost over. The deliverer dropped them at the front door without letting anyone know, so they were not found until after 6pm. That sucks. I am not sure I will ever use your company again.
It was delivered late in the day.which was fine.just thought it would get the a little earlier. Arrangement didn't look quit like it did in picture...but still very pretty!

I was very please with the delivery time but was little worry if it would be delivered on time for my sister 80 birthday. When they were delivered some of roses was already starting to die and I am not happy with that. I saw one price and then it got additional delivery price add on at check out.

The flowers looked good, but a few were well opened and probably will not last long. Also, the picture was a rectangle vase that looked great, but the flowers were delivered in a round vase. Overall happy though.

The arrangement was not even close to the picture on the web site that we selected. We selected a spray display and the arrangement was on a table and was a lot smaller than pictured. The flowers were totally different than the pictured very disappointed. The arrangement was worth $60.00 not $166.00 we ended paying for it after all the added costs.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
