This is the second time I have been disappointed with the bouquet. The first was a year ago to the same recipient. I asked for a photo of the bouquet and saw that is was the regular and not upgraded size. I call Fromyouflowers and was treated very well with a new bouquet delivered the next day. The fault waws with the local Denver floral shop used. This year was my granddaughters 21st birthday and she is away at college outside Denver. Again I chose an upgraded bouguet and ordered it 5 days before the intended delivery date (no rush order!) plenty of time to do a nice version of what I saw on the website. Another photo taken and so very disappointed. With delivery I had spent over $52 and it was a small, not artistically arranged bouquet. I again called customer service and was offered a 15% discount and a $10 credit toward my next offer. I asked that they check to see if the same Denver-area florist was used because I thought they should be removed from the list of providers. Just because the order is to a college girl does not make it any less important or special. I think the fault is with the florist but really I am not a happy client.

My spouse loved them, they showed up early at her job,, before noon, which is perfect so she had plenty of time to gloat and brag all day to the other ladies in the office. Very pleased with the order. I do feel although the handling fees are a little high. I was going to order delivery of flowers two days in a row to really surprise her but once i got the total, The cost of the handling fee for both sets of flowers was more than one of the arrangements i was ordering so i cancelled one of them. I lost out on a really awesome night and settled for an awesome night :) , and you lost out on a sale due to the fees. But all in all she and I are very pleased with the flowers.

This company SUCKS! I ordered day before wanted delivery for hospital delivery for person having surgery the next day. At 3:40pm the day of delivery the company rep calls me and says they can't deliver the flowers because they didn't have a room number. BS-all one has to do is go to the lobby and drop off and they can look up name of patient and deliver to the room, I have volunteered at hospital and know that's how it works. They offered to deliver next day, however person was being discharged next day sometime, not sure when, and person has locked gate, so my choice was NULL, due to she might be gone, or not be home to open locked gate. Very disgusted, sad and frustrated to say the least! DO NO USE THIS COMPANY if ordering flowers is important that it arrives date and time specified.
