The flowers were to be delivered on my mom's birthday, and the website confirmed they would be (same day delivery). In the late afternoon I received an email saying they wouldn't be delivered that day, and would go out the following day instead. That was very disappointing. The refunded my same day delivery fee of $2.90, but that wasn't the point. They missed my mom's birthday. Also, it's hard to rate the product when I haven't seen it.

The bouquet was huge and it came in a very narrow vase. My mother had to substitute it with one of her own. The extra cost for the vase was a complete waste of money.
Flowers were ordered for same day delivery, I got an e-mail stating that the delivery was changed, and scheduled for the next day. Still waiting for the same day few to be credited. The plant pictured on the site was much nicer than what was delivered.

My mother in law sent me a picture of her bouquet and athough it was pretty (as any bouquet of flowers are) it was not full looking like the picture on your website showed. It was very meager. I could have bought 5 dozen roses from the grocery store for what I paid for the bouquet that was delivered.

Just think the delivery fee is too high and both of my daughters sent pictures of their flowers - one bouquet looked very nice with a lot of different flowers, the other looked like it had more "green" than actual flowers.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
