Well got a confirmation email it was delivered and when I called the person they have not received, it was close to 30 mins after I got email that they actually received. I would recommend not sending the deleived email until you have it at the right place and to the right person before sending that email
Easy ordering and chose an item that was guaranteed to be same day delivery, but it was not delivered until the next day - a little disappointing. Orchid and greenery were beautiful though.
The order had the wrong recipient name. I am certain it was my error. Because of this, the order was not delivered. I phoned the 800 number. I spoke with the service contact and explained my concern. She was extremely helpful. Within the hour, the correct recipient received her flowers. Thanks so much to her.
