Site was easy to use but flowers were delivered very close to 5pm when the office was closing. Literally was down to like 10 till closing time. The progress update link was not helpful and did not tell me when my flowers were out for delivery. Very expensive for what was received.

The ordering process was very easy and the website was simple to navigate through. The flowers we received were not as pictured on the website and it was embarrassing to give as a gift. The arrangement did not look fresh and the presentation looked cheap.

Well, I thought I was buying a nice bouquet for my dear friend's birthday. I also purchased a birthday mylar balloon. She received what looks like two red roses and maybe three or four carnations in a glass vase. I could have bought that at WalMart for under $20! It also came with two regular balloons and one that says you're so special. She is such a gracious soul, she was upset that I was upset! I mean, if you don't have a birthday balloon then say so and don't charge me for one. I was very disappointed, to say the least. I assumed with your stated #1 rating that I'd be getting a nice bouguet. Sigh...I am going to assume this feedback is helpful and maybe it was the local florist that let us all down. :'(

Until the flowers arrive and look nice I cannot really rate you top but the ordering is easy OK WE received the order however the delivery man delivered them to our garage so we did not know they arrived. I did not see a place on the ordering form for specific delivery instructions like go to second floor. But we got them and they are very nice and made the recipients day. Thank you

After receiving the item I noticed that is not as good as expected, except for the teddy bear. I recommend you to give a detail of the basket with candies. It is good as well to know exactly the price during all the buying process.
