Easy fast but the flowers were no where close to what I paid for or even worth the 60 bucks spend. Total bummer...I probably won't be using this website again
'Review order' actually placed it (via paypal) so it was hard to see the $14 handling charge.

Prompt and nice arrangement
Very quick and easy check out process/great selection to choose from. My wife was very pleased with the flowers, she thought they were just gorgeous/she took pictures and showed them around/ my one observation is the same day delivery is a little misleading. I thought the $2.99 was additional for same day when it was actually $14.99?
