Okay, I think this is the second time this has happened. I ordered a bouquet, based on the photos on the site. When they arrive, it is a totally different bouquet. The one I ordered had lilies and a very modern cool vase. The flowers she got were roses and one lily and in the standard cheap vase. The bouquet she got was pretty and at least this time had the monochrome color scheme the image showed, and I probably wouldn't mind if it was in the more interesting vase. But I don't understand why you post a photo and they don't follow it when they make up the order. If they are part of your network, shouldn't they carry the same vases and flowers that you are advertising? And I think the shipping fee, $14.99, is a bit much, especially when I had to pay $2.99 more to get it there the next day and when you are using local florists to fill the orders.
So far, it has been a good experience. But of course, it all depends on whether my flowers arrive to their intended location today and on time.
Update: flowers were delivered on time and they were lovely.

A lot of surprise charges... and not enough room for multiple "from:" First time user.
The flower arrangement was not as I had pictured from the display when I ordered them. The vase was a different shape and I purposely choice that vase for a specific reason.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
