I love From You Flowers, but some of the florists you do business with are damaging your image. A few of the arrangements I ordered looked nothing like what was sent to the recipients. This is very disheartening since I stopped doing business with other flower companies for this exact reason.

The price is good for same-day delivery. I accidentally had the flowers delivered to the wrong hospital and the customer service team-once I got through to a supervisor-was kind and had the flowers re-delivered to the right one.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
