Everything was great except I was expecting the flowers to be delivered some time during the day while I was at work. I got home, they hadn't showed. It was around 6:30 When they arrived. Don't know who's fault the late time was.
But other than that, good experience. Will still most likely order more from them.

If I could give then zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday I paid the extra $3 to make sure they would get to her in time. Her birthday came and went with no flowres. I spent around $70 on flowers and they didn't arrive on time it was about a week until she revived her flowers and the man just sat them outside, no knock just sat them down and walked away, I called 5 times trying to figure out what the holdup was. The firat time I called I was "refunded" a whopping $3 for late arrival. The next time I called the woman told me "sometimes the florist close around 2:30 so they can enjoy the day". Wow, why offer next day delivery if they close at 2:30? This company is a fraud! Customer service was horrible always passing the blame where they see fit. NEVER ORDER FROM YOU FLOWERS!

The overall shopping experience was very smooth. The product was exactly how it looked on the website, but the delivery time of the chocolate dipped strawberries was off by an hour and a half. They arrived at 6:30 pm as supposed to be arriving there at 5 pm max.
But all in all, I would definitely be purchasing from you again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
