The flowers arrived at the hospital & my son had to arrange/assemble it himself! There were hardly any lilies & the ones that they got were wilted & brown on the ends. The $5.00 Mylar balloon was on a stick; I thought it would be blown up with helium & on a string... VERY disappointed!

It's my first time on your sight--so far so good. The proof will be in the pudding. I hope its good. I do this a lot and I just found you. Everything was beautifully first class---except the delivery. It was left on my sisters doorstep. If one of her medical people had not come by she would have dead flowers and melted chocolates. It was her 93 birthday. She said everything was beautiful and delicious. We didn't speak of the delivery. I'm sure you will--to the right parties. I'll be back.
The flowers were beautiful. I expected a fuller amount of flowers since I upgraded.
The flowers I ordered and those delivered bear very little resemblance. I ordered the delux version and it was to have roses, carnations and mums. It was supposed to resemble a cake. What was delivered did not resemble a cake nor have the mums, the same color of carnations or the curling ribbons. Instead of mums there was a big lily. Needless to say, disapointing.
Requested same day and they were not able to meet My request. It is the reason i chose your service vs calling a local florist next to the hospital. I only found out much later after order was placed that it would be delayed and I would get a refund for express order. Would have preferred to know it could not be delivered right up front

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
