I had flowers (2) arrangements to the same person/same location/same time and was charged shipping two times as well as same day two times I called customer service and they correct my credit card to reflect I should have only been billed once and was very professional and courteous. The flowers were absolutely beautiful I will be ordering again

I am a long time customer. I tried repeatedly to purchase the smallest size but it kept upgrading to the medium one. I needed to get the flowers delivered because it's for a death in the family so I finally gave up. I'm disappointed.
In addition, this is the message I received from the recipient. I know. The first person that delivered reeked of cigarettes and so did the flowers. He kept telling me he had so many deliveries he needed me to check to make sure I got the right one with my name on it. It did and it had a typed card that said what you wanted to say but with lots of miss spelled words. The One today came from a lady who could barely speak English. I didn't understand her, And she didn't understand me. I signed for it and brought it in. It's very pretty, but the card, handwritten, with correct spelling, says the exact same thing, because I compared them. I'm just worried that you were going to have to pay for two bouquet
