A little disappointed that ny first and second choice weren't availble for the delivery address, but I liked the link directing me to items that were available. I placed two orders on this shopping trip, and didn't receive the customary email confirming delivery of either. I called the following week and found one order had been delivered on time by UPS, but I had not received a tracking number or notice of delivery. The second order had not yet been delivered, but was delivered within a few hours of my call. I was promised a $15.00 gift certificate, for the late delivery inconvenience, but I haven't received it yet. I have had good experience with FromYouFlowers.com and will continue to use them, but this particular experience was substandard.

Easy to use. It feels a little bait and switchy if im being honest. I expect one price and then bam you have to choose what size you want, then you get hit with service charges and handling. Felt dirty after placing order.

The process of ordering flowers was very simple. The time that it was delivered in was awesome however what was delivered was nothing like the picture that was shown on the website.the picture showed a bouquet of flowers. My mother received two roses and some greenery. The Roses were beautiful but not at all what I thought I was paying for. Thank you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
