I placed two orders - one delivered to work, one home. The order to work was delivered fresh by a florist, and is wonderful. The order delivered to the home was left on the front stoop in a box, dry. That one wasn't so good. How does a customer ensure delivery of a fresh order in water?

Very nice flowers. Delivery time was excellent. The price I feel was $10-15 over what it was worth... but $18 in handling and fees? That's alittle extravagant. A $10 total fee would have been more in line.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
