Flowers delivered didn't even look like the flowers described on the site, besides the size. I paid extra for the biggest choice and it still looked really small not even like the basic one.

I did receive the first message regarding the reason for the price. However, I will not use your services again because of the high service charge. While I appreciate that you refunded the small fee of 2.99 for same delivery, my mother's flowers did not arrive in time for her birthday.

I placed two orders - one delivered to work, one home. The order to work was delivered fresh by a florist, and is wonderful. The order delivered to the home was left on the front stoop in a box, dry. That one wasn't so good. How does a customer ensure delivery of a fresh order in water?

Very nice flowers. Delivery time was excellent. The price I feel was $10-15 over what it was worth... but $18 in handling and fees? That's alittle extravagant. A $10 total fee would have been more in line.
