I ordered a flower bouquet paided for expedited shipping same day and with in 2-4hrs delivery paided extra and delivery wasnt within expedited time or even by 5pm. Flowers looked nothing like order in picture. Spoke to customer service after sitting on hold for 20 mins they called florist they said flowers were out for delivery but couldn't give me a expected delivery time. Pretty sad when you pay for speedy delivery and it wasn't only thing they offered was 4.99 to be removed I wil not order from here again

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
