Why were the flowers sent from a florist at least a 30 minute drive away? Flowers by Sharon was a huge disappointment. We paid for the premium version and it was pathetic. So disappointed!

The arrangement did not look like the picture. It looked like the flowers were just stuffed in the vase without any graduation of height.
My daughter loved the flowers. The price for the flowers was good but I was surprised when I saw the delivery charge. However, would do again. She lives across the country and we wanted to send a special birthday surprise.

Edit: the arrangement that came in looked NOTHING like the one on the site. I ordered on that was bright and cheery with yellow, pink, green and purple. I got a fall themed one with lots of red and dark flowers and bits of wheat? Would not order again. All the. Slow and can't even get what I ordered.
Fees fees fees. The prices look great and then there's a fee for same day and a fee for 4 hour delivery and a fee for handling, and non of these are clear until the end. Ended up costing just as much or more than other florist sites. Be more transparent.
