My girlfriend loved her flowers and flowers were delivered in a reasonable timeframe. The only downside is the shop/person who filled out the card that came with the flowers needs to work on handwriting. That would be the only negative.

I placed an order for two bouquets for the same recipient; a new set of twins. I assumed that FROMYOUFLOWERS would have taken note of that. Surprisingly, the orders were sent to separate florists for fulfillment. The "Baby Girl" order arrived fresh and with a card, as requested. The "Baby Boy" order had damaged, limp lillies and there was no card attached. Funny thing is, the delivery drivers arrived at the hospital guest desk at the same time I did. The driver of the fresh bouquet pointed out the spent lillies to the other driver. He said he was just a contracted driver and could do nothing. The fresh bouquet came from a long time, reputable florist. There was no indication of where the other came from. I wish I had asked him. This is my second time using this service; I will consider them again in the future but would call them with special instructions as they have no space to enter special remarks.

It was very easy but my grandmother called me when she got her flowers and said they were beautiful but i paid extra for a vase with a photo on it and she didnt receive that. She received the flowers wrapped in paper but no vase with a paper copy of the picture. I am not pleased and hope to have a refund on what i paid extra.

I received four calls from what appeared to be a call center in another country (two from people difficult to understand and none of them knew that others had called until I told them). The flowers were never delivered even though all information was provided and verified twice. I cancelled order and placed with another company who had no trouble and delivered within hours of me placing the order. Not impressed!

Arrangement depicted in online photo is only very top of choices available, lower priced ones no where near as grand looking. Custom vases are not worth the additional price charged - a simple printed photo rolled up inside a plain clear vessel could be done at home for much less than $13! Overall prices are high, so only worthwhile in a pinch when you need a quick order fulfilled at the last minute. But then you still have to do with UPS or the like being late in delivery. Even though I get some of what I'm hoping for each time I order I'm always left feeling I should have gotten substantially more for the price paid.

I was surprised the flowers were delivered by UPS - the gift loses something not coming from a local florist. Plus, it appears the flowers were left on the front porch - hope the vase was included - and I wasn't sure the elderly intended recipients found them until several hours later. I await their response for details.

These flowers were for my Grandmothers funeral service and arrived after the ceremony. I was so dispointed because my Grandmother was 101 years old and there were just family in attendance, all of her friends had already pasted on. The absence of flowers were a Big distraction for me. The arrangement was nice but they were ordered for her service as there were no graveside services. I called this morning and was given a 20% Discount that will be refunded to me. Thank you for that but I sincerely hope your florist contractors understand the importance of their deliveries in the future, especially when your website asks for a funeral service time.
