Very user friendly website, good quality floral/plant items and easy to manage. Company is very interested in the customer experience and I believe it is a better experience than FTD or 1-800 Flowers in my experience.

My mother absolutely loved her flowers. Some issues with delivery but the person delivering kept in contact with my mom and she did receive the flowers in the afternoon. My mother sent a photo and it is so very similar to advertised photo in the site. I am quite happy. Thank you.
