It took me three times to make an order, finally they received my order and lost it. I made another order the same day and it was suppose to be delivered that day. I paid the extra shipping but it was not delivered until the next day. I called to see why did was not delivered and they told me that the flower shop could not print out my order and therefor not delivered. The said they would refund the shipping of $2.99 and upgrade the order to a larger size. Doesn't help when you are sending it for a birthday.

The product delivered did not match at all the picture on the site. While I realize the local store has different stock and there will be variance, the quality of the flowers used seemed less. I felt I didn't get what I paid for based on what was delivered. The timelines of the delivery was excellent, but I'm not anticipating buying from here again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
