The $14.99 service/handling fee seems a bit high when 2 of the 3 bouquets are identical and the 3rd is the same bouquet only bigger and they're all going to the same location. It's hard to tell which bouquet is supposed to be the bigger one, the bouquets don't look a lot like the picture and one of the sunflowers is dead.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
