We were promised same day, but the flowers were never delivered. We were not contacted to say that they weren't going to be delivered same day, so we assumed they were delivered. When they were not, we had to call to find out what happened. Flowers were delivered the next day.

I have used this site in the past and had no complaints, however, after this order, I will not be using this site again. The flowers were comparable to a $5 bouquet from my local grocery store. 1/5 of the flowers were broken/dead. I am very very upset with the quality of this order.
