Guys, you know when you are in trouble and you need flowers delivered ASAP? Well fromyouflowers failed me on this one. Unacceptable.
I ordered a same day delivery at noon. Their delivery times for same day is before 5 pm. I contacted customer service to adjust the recipient name on the order immediately after ordering on-line. The customer service person on the phone called the florist to correct the recipient name and verify same day delivery availability. Both were confirmed. The flowers never showed up. I called the next morning to cancel the order. The customer service agent tried to offer me a free upgrade and a note of apology to the recipient saying it was their fault that it was late. I refused and asked for my money back.
If you are not concerned with the timing of delivery, I guess this company is okay. With additional charge above the stated rate for same day delivery and processing, I would just call a local florist and speak to them personally. At least you wont be charged processing.
Beautiful flowers and reasonable prices. Both my daughters just loved them. They were so excited when they got them and called to say how beautiful they were. I would definitely order from you again.
