The experience is great and customer service has always been helpful with all my concerns.
It was easy. However, I was a little surprised about all the added charges at the end when I checked out. What was advertised as a bouquet for $25.99 ended up costing almost $50. I also saw that the flowers were in a mason jar on the photo, which I liked, but when delivered, they were in a regular vase. Not a big deal, but the reason I picked that arrangement was because of the mason jar. Angela

WAS TOLD SAME DAY DELIVERY AND IT DID NOT HAPPEN.
They were suppose to be for yesterday.
I did not know what time they were delivered or were suppose to be delivered.
The recepient was not home so they actually go them today.

Good afternoon. My daughter received the order very timely. Each white rose, however, is beginning to turn brown on the outer-most petals already. That is very disappointing! I have taken a picture of the flowers but it does not allow me to share the picture with you. I have also ordered a bouquet of mixed colored roses from a competitor that will will be delivered tomorrow. That bouquet is 24 assorted roses for $35.95; $15 less than my order with you for 12 roses for $49.98. I was very disappointed with the quality.

The carnations are lovely and butterfly perfect
But...the daisies are droopy and the flowers arrived in a blue vase NOT the blue mason jar as described on the website. Disappointed as expected perky flowers and the unique mason jar vase i expected to gift.
Sweet basket was much smaller than what it appeared to be on line. Delivery fee was high!

Excellent thus far, very easy to shop waiting on the finished product. Although delivery was timely and she enjoyed the jester and as always i appreciate the chance given. However there were some issues she wasnt happy about. She said chocolate was completely melted and ruined and flowers where beginning to wilt. But again i thank you for the opportunity

It was very easy to make the order the flowers were delivered the same day in around four hours the flowers were beautiful and I will use them again
Hidden fee at end (14.99) is annoying. Arrived late in day although order was simple and placed by 830 am. Recipient was pleased when he saw the next day.
Cheaper than 1-800 flowers!
