The ordering process was easy, but the shipping and handling charge was a surprise. The flowers were beautiful but smaller than pictured.
Definitely a speedy delivery, I was impressed. Price was acceptable, I was just a little bummed on the state of the flowers. The picture online looked amazing so I went deluxe to come "close" to the picture, and the real flowers had no life and the bouquet wasn't anywhere close to as full as the picture online.
Have ordered numerous times and always satisfied
The flowers that I ordered did not look like the Lavender arrangement that I ordered. This was for a very sick family member and I was not pleased with what she received at all. If what I ordered wasn't available then I should have received a call or email. When I send flower I expect to get what I paid for.

The size of the flower arrangement was not what I ordered and paid for.
I ordered and put a rush delivery. Got surprised by an additional delivery fee that doesn't show till check out. I find this typical and didn't really care. Then it came to the delivery time and they told me the order was going to be delayed till the next day. They said they would refund the rush delivery charge, but that isn't the point. You pay extra for a premium service only to have them delay the service. If you are paid $25 in delivery fees for a $39.99 product you have got to be able to deliver. I don't know how quality their flowers are next time I'm going to have Uber grab my flowers for $10.
I would have liked a delivery sooner but overall, since she loved it, I love it.

The flowers received looked NOTHING like the flowers in the picture especially since I ordered the premium flowers. What a let down for my girlfriends bday. This is the second time this has happened with this site.

I have sent in email due to the I team as it was far from what we were expecting
I was disappointed that I was guaranteed same day deliver with the fee I paid. I received an email later in the day that they couldn't complete the order and refunded me the same day delivery fee. Although I appreciated the refund, the flowers didn't arrive on time- had I known it would have been an issue I would have chosen a different company to deliver the flowers on the same day. I placed my order early enough too.
Everything was great but didn´t know the shipping price until checkout moment. The rest 100% recommendable
What was sent was not even close to what I ordered. The picture of what I ordered was bright, fall, gorgeous colors bunch together. What was sent was loosely hanging flowers that were not colorful at all. I took a chance on this but now I'm sorry. I do not feel I got what I paid for.
