Fast and easy to get through everything
Horrible experience! I chose fromyouflowers since they offered what I was looking for as a same day delivery. Ordered in the morning, and they weren't delivered during the core business hours as they stated. I called them an hour after the business closed to ask what happened, and they stated they were still out for delivery...
I told them that the business had already closed, and that they would have to send the next day. After waiting on hold for nearly 10 minutes, they refunded me the entire $2.19 that I paid extra to have it delivered same day, and offered me a $10 coupon for my next purchase (cause I'm really going to use this site again).
After getting off the phone, I received an email stating the flowers were delivered to the (closed) business... so I had to call back. This time the rep I got was clearly in the middle of something with coworkers, and I could barely understand her with all the loud noise and laughing in the background. She stated that the email was an error, and they hadn't been delivered.
Well, I found out this morning that they just left them outside all night at the front door of the business. The flowers were fine, but the bear was soaked from rain.
Go with a more reputable site, this place is god awful.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
