My sister received the flowers on time, but when she send me a picture of them, I could not believe my eye. It did not looked at all of what I orderd. It was suppose to be a purple arrangement. The flowers looked old and where red- pink plus the size of the arrangement was very small and sparely. Very disappointed.
I haven't had any issues the last two times it was three times a day that I did and out was resolved thank you very much and the flowers are beautiful and my beautiful girlfriend is smiling

I ordered the Crystal Cross Arrangement for a Funeral and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful and so full. No gap in flowers anywhere. Well worth what I paid for them and they were delivered by 9am the next day. So please with your product.
I had only one issue I paid $2.99 for same day service and the person just received their package today. Why pay for that service if it is not available

They took to long to deliver
Good selection, but as always with florists delivery charge is expensive
I had a problem when originally placed order because it wouldn't accept my security code and then I realized that I missed a screen to input my info and then it was fine. The flowers were okay, I just wished for a birthday they wouldn't have been fall colors, more like pinks & purples like in the pic display. It would be nice if in the future the delivery charge wasn't so much but I was in a pinch and ordered them the day before so I was willing to spend the delivery charge.
So far, so good
Kind of disappointed that the flowers delivered looked just like the picture BEFORE I upgraded to a more deluxe order
