The flowers arrived on the day, and looked the same as the picture. Great service especially ordering them on line from New Zealand to be delivered in Palo Alto. Our daughter was really pleased With the flowers and the balloon.
I ordered the deluxe version of How Sweet it is arrangement. What was delivered was an embarrassment as my friend received a small vase with a few flowers in it. 3 roses? 2 carnations? And some flowers not even listed for that item which didnt even fill the vase. She sent me a photo stating it was simple and pretty, but when I sent her the photo of what it should have been, she said it wasn't even close to that. Very disappointing.

Do you know what is really frustrating? I supposedly have free shipping for life because of a promotion you put out a few years ago. I pinned that email to the top of my inbox. Now when I try to use it, it says the link is broken. When I order from the site, there is ALWAYS some other code in there that I cannot change. I don't order flowers very often, but I was using your website because of that. Shipping is expensive, yo, and if you were going to take away my free shipping for life like you promised me, a little heads up would have been nice. I had to put the item in my cart and walk away before you would email me with a free shipping offer. Not cool.
Easy process. Beautiful and abundant selection of flowers that can be delivered same day. I love the option to have it delivered within the next four hours if you wanted. I didn't select it, but good to know. A little disappointed in the actual flowers. Looked nothing like the picture. I understand they would be a tad bit smaller because of the size that I chose, however the height of each flower was completely random, and it had the wrong color roses compared to the picture.

My order was delivered. My sister is happy with the flowers. I chose the florist choice, thought it would be little less expensive, and still ended up costing me $50. That is awfully high in my opinion.
